Conversions and new gas service

If you are currently using an Oil furnace, Electric furnace or electric baseboard heat, you might be thinking about converting to Natural Gas or Propane to save on expensive oil and electricity bills.

Whether you live in Enbridge or Union Gas territory, we can complete the application process to have a gas meter installed on your house.

Once complete, we can gas pipe the entire house and complete the furnace installation. Oil tank pump-out and removal as well. If you are using electric baseboard heat and have no duct system, we can install a whole house duct system to deliver a forced air system that will better heat and cool your home.

Heat Pumps

A heat pump is basically a central air conditioning unit that operates in reverse during the heating season. Instead of removing heat from the home, it extracts heat from the outside air and pumps it inside. Heat pumps are generally considered in Canada to be a complimentary way to heat your home during the milder winter months and save on gas. But for the extreme sub-zero temperature of January and February, the primary
 source of fuel for the furnace is recommended.
